We got great value for our money with excellent rooms and comfortable beds at this beautiful restored wine estate. The location was ideal for exploring the wine regions and coastal areas, and the owners made us feel right at home throughout our stay.
The morning meal could have been improved with more variety or options.

The bed was very comfortable and the linen was great quality. The bathroom was well-stocked with shampoo and soap. The location was peaceful and offered beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, making it easy to relax after a long day of work.
There were some issues with the hotel that made my stay less enjoyable. The lack of amenities like a mini-fridge or coffee maker in the room was a disappointment.

Spent Christmas in a charming old manse, surrounded by stunning countryside and warm, welcoming hosts. the lovely vegetarian dinner was a real treat and a change from the usual meat, heavy meals; we especially enjoyed their home, grown veggies and yogurt. the breakfasts were healthy and delicious, complete with homemade bread, jam, and yogurt. We appreciated the pet, friendly enthusiasm of the owners, and loved taking our pup for walks in the gorgeous surroundings. Plus, the location was just a short drive from nearby sights of interest, perfect for exploring the area.
